INTRODUCTION
A business consulting refers to professional who provides professional or expert advice in
a particular area. This area can be related to any spectrum such as security, management, law,
accountancy, human resources, marketing, engineering, financial control and digital marketing
etc. A business consultant basically involves in the planning, implementation and education of
business as well due to which they can provide result oriented work to an organisation. So the
role of business consultant is very important at organisational level(Ciambrone.,2018). The
present report will cover discussion about the particular client and the difficulties faced by them.
The report will also cover analysis about the problem breaking down in the critical manner
analysing it and also about the client important areas. Such as target market, competitors and
factors of influential level from the external environment. Moreover the report will cover
discussion about the main issues they are facing.
MAIN BODY
Identify about the problem and client as well
The client is from FSB and it is also known as Fairfield school of business which is located in
the heart of Croydon. Basically the college is not co rely of management and the issue is that
they want to expand their product portfolio. The focus is on this spectrum that they want to
initiate in the upcoming year qualification of professional level. These courses are not needs of
human resource for any qualification of professional level such as CIMA orr ACCA that can be
adopted in particular areas (Gorissen and et.al., 2016). In the overall manner, the main issue is
that they have to give suggestion to the senir management of college on developing professional
qualification and merits of adopting it. It has been done with this purpose thatcompetitorsdo bot
offer for achieving advantage at competitive level over competition.
The issues which are facing by senior management for introducing new coerces in front of
the students -
Firstly, shortage of specialized teachers in ACCA and SIMA college. It means without
having specialized teacher in any subject the courses are not effectively implemented. Because
when students are doing specialization in any specific course then student get deep knowledge
about particular field. Without effective teacher students also did not get right directions for
securing their career path (Chen, Williams and Tran, 2019). It leads to decrease the learning

Secondly, Competitors like LSST – It means that LSST is creating problem to other
ACCA and SIMA because LSST is the largest college. Due to having specialized teachers in
their in their college their popularity are highly increased. It enhances their opportunity for
attracting the large number of students and their profit are also increased easily. Due to their
effective reputation their senior level management of school are attracted for providing this
facility. But this creates financial loss to the ACCA and SIMA college.
Thirdly, Loss of students – It means that when institute are not facilitating best courses to
students then the trust are easily decreased for long time (Guptaa, 2020). Due to this the services
of the educational institutions are not worked properly which creates negative impact on their
image. Due to availability of lower courses parents stopped sending their children to schools or
colleges. Non availability of effective courses also create the negative relationship with
customers for long time.
Recommendations
From the analysis above information it is concluded that for execution the courses it is
necessary for college management that they must appoint highly qualified teachers. Due to
hiring qualified teachers students will gain new knowledge about various subject and in
specialized field. Because these knowledge is essential for enhancing their career growth in long
term. Specialized teachers are also helpful for maintaining friendly relations with students.
These relations are highly essential for understanding their problems effectively. Effective
teachers also helped to enhance the presentations and communication skills of students because
these skills are important for handling any type of situations easily.
Analysis
For fulfilling the requirements of competitor analysis there are certain frameworks that
can be taken into consideration. These frameworks basically includes SWOT, STP and PEST
