and operate in educational market segment. They are private higher education
institution and focus on offering a truly diverse and multicultural learning experience to
their students

 They need to identify appropriate tool for online learning so that students can easily
access online lectures delivered online
 To reduce barriers that can impact their college in terms of delivering online education
to their students.

 They can conduct a research in order to identify appropriate tool which can be used by
then and will be appropriate for them in terms of delivering higher level of quality
education to their students
 They can use some strategic planning models such as SWOT, PESTLE in order to
identify factors that can impact their overall entering into the digital world for

MEMBERS
There were various kinds of skills that were required by me in order to complete
both the projects in an appropriate manner.
 First skill required by me was problem solving skills in order to identify problem faced
by both the organizations so that appropriate solution can be identified for the same.
 Another skill required by me was communication skills so that I can communicate and
express my point of view with all the other team members in an appropriate manner.
 Moreover I was also required to use my research skills so that I can gather required and
appropriate information in order to complete the project effectively.

Conclusion
 From both of the above projects it has been summarized that digital marketing and
digital tools usage is one of the most important things which is required to be focused
on by both the colleges.
 LSST college with the help of digital marketing attract qualified individuals for staff
jobs and with the help of digital tools FSB college can provide effect online learning to
their students.
