INTRODUCTION A business consulting is based on the professional term who provides expert advice in particular areas such as management, security, marketing, digital transformation and other specialized fields. This report is mainly focused on Regent College as client in market, identifying the problem within educational field or area they are facing. Furthermore, this documentation will discuss about the problems which critically analysing and representing the significance of client. However, this report will identify three common issues that client will face and ranked in market as per their performance. Background of Regent College (Client)- Regent college is one of the educational institutions which was started in 2000 by Dr. Pankaj. The beginning of institution in small level, has 5 different campus across London. This organization provide the various kind of business management courses for students. After carrying the initial feasibility: it has found that Regent College is facing number of challenges such as lack of physical space, lack of brand awareness and low participation of students, lack of student diversity etc. 3

A lack of physical space can reduce the ability to grow the educational institution in global worlds.
