The title of each and every project has several features such as transformational and it is also the major aim of the programme. Regent Collage is the client for the respective business. The respective programme has been undertaken for the purpose of spreading awareness about the students of the habits and discipline as it will help the students in achieving the success in several areas of life. MAIN BODY Who we are/ about the company Business consultancy is defined as the business organisation in which the staff members perform several operations in order to complete the project assigned by the another business organisation. The employees of business consultancy provide expert advice and suggestions to several campaigns (Ivanov and Suslov, 2019). That employees are known as the business consultants which help the other business organisations by providing them suggestions and promising them to develop different strategies which can help the other organisations in completing the projects. Our Services/ we offer/ facilities All the business consultancies are responsible for providing several services starting from the expectations of customers along with the effective use of emerging technologies for the purpose of bringing more activeness in the business organisations or in industry. For the purpose of promoting the brand image, several facilities are being provided by the business consultancies. As per the transformational programme in the respective presentation, the company is required to develop the strategies which can result in the promotion of campaigns. The major aim of the respective project is to add on the characteristics of thinking which plays an important role in the 1
functions of consultancies as the consultants have to read several changes and drive informations which result in the positive habits along with the improvement in the career path of students. Our clients/ projects Client 1 The client of the company is Genet College under which the main project is to create the learning environment has been created which also have the motive of developing good habits, particular mind set and discipline for the purpose of making students successful in all the areas. The client for the company is the Genet College, and the project is to create a learning environment with the goal of instilling good habits, discipline, and a winning mindset in all aspects of life. This is the first project assigned to the consultancy form(Klun and Trkman, 2018). It is critical to develop such a programme so that students can understand how an individual can achieve success and growth in life. Another aspect is to raise awareness of good habits and how management and application of various strategies can aid in the development of a healthy lifestyle. The project's main motto is "Thinking into Character." The consultancy's project is to carry this out at Regent College. Client 2 The client is the company's Regent collage, and the project is to promote the programme in various ways. It is critical for the company to make the students aware that such a programme is being conducted in collage so that they take the initiative to participate and understand the motivation of the tan formational into character (Murawski and Bick, 2017). Issues/ problems Client 1 The Regent College's problem is that they need to hire people to complete the curriculum. This implies that the firm's biggest issue is the client's need for human capital. The regent college is looking for candidates who can handle the programme and have understanding of diverse aspects that can encourage educators to be disciplined in order to bring about change and be winners in terms of aspects. The main issue is the allocation of human resources, which the company must resolve. 2

The students are the ones on whom the company is concentrating its efforts in order for them to understand the significance of transformational change in their lives. The respective market is found as broad and wide as it involves large number of people and spreading awareness among large number of people may result in higher profit and higher revenue generation. Our skills The company possesses a variety of skills, which are necessary for the company to develop and provide services to its clients. Decision making- This is the company's most well-known skill. The company has human resources with people who have been trained to make good decisions. Making good decisions is a skill that is required for the consultancies business in order to promote the programme. In the context of the Transformational character, the decision to analyse different aspects in way to lure students. Marketing activities: The respective business corporation has the skills of performing marketing activities in an effective and efficient manner. These skills are essential for the purpose of performing the marketing practices as it develop effectiveness and efficiency in the marketing activities(Neves da Rocha and Bataglia, 2017). Through performing marketing activities, the organisation can reach to the target customers which is essential for the generation of revenue. Expertise The company has expertise in the various ways which are discussed below: Skilled workforce-The company's expertise is its skilled workforce, which can assist in providing the best advice and expert knowledge in order to complete the project.
