education of the people and their cultural environment so that they can experience better results.
The organization provided a service where the learner or students fee were paid by the
government sources or the student can also take the education loan for the betterment of their
future (Puente, and Schneider, 2020). The school business have the aim and purpose to provide
the effective education to the people so that they can be able to achieve a valid eligibility and
employability along wit the affordable amount.
Issue — Recruitment of suitable employee
The Fairfield educational business have their focus to provide the new course to the
people so that they can improve their knowledge effectively. The organization has decided to
implement and start their new courses by the next year definitely but the development of new
courses such as accounting and finance management they are dealing with an obstacle of
recruiting the employee for this particular purpose. A client has discussed that they are having an
issue while the recruitment as they are not able to find the suitable employee and workers for the
school business and provide the students a quality education (Semenova, and Dacenko, 2021).
The decrease of employee in the Fairfield is increasing of the competition in this industry which
is making them to lose their growth and development and suffering from difficulties to hire the
suitable employee for their business school.
