INTRODUCTION Business consulting refers to giving advice to the clients which helps in successfully running their business. Business consultant is a person that works with the company owners and managers and give suggestions for improving the operations and efficiency of the organization. It also includes identifying and overcoming the obstacles that is faced by the company(Asadi, 2022). The present study covers the overview about London School of science and technology and problems faced by the organization. It also highlights the areas that are important i.e. competitors, target market of the customers and the three major issues that is currently faced by the company. MAIN BODY Overview of the client and problems faced London School of Science and Technologyis the privately managed high education college that was founded in 2003 by Mr. Syed Zaidiwith the vision to provide support to the local communitiesand encourage social connection which helps in development of the society. It is one of the leading educational institution in United Kingdom. Currently the institution has around 2000 populationand emphasize on the cultural diversityand provide educational opportunities to all the students. The educational institution is more focused on providing quality education to the students which helps in increasing their knowledge and skills which helps in easy accomplishing the career goals. The headquarters of the institution is based in London and has campus in different location in Luton and Birmingham. Over the past years there has been increase in the educational institution which provide educational services and wide variety of courses to the students with fewer fees in order to attract large amount of the students for admission in that particular college. But on the other hand it is also observed that charging lower fee in not necessary but it is also necessary to provide quality education to the students which contributes in their development through they can have more number of job opportunities in their career path. From the analysis it has been observed that the organization is facing various challenges such astechnical issueswhich is one of the major issues that is faced by every institution(Joerges, 2019) . It has been observed that due to Covid- 19 various organization have switched to providing session and online classes due to the
restrictions imposed by the government. In order to compete in the dynamic market it is necessary for the company to use various effective toolsand use advanced technologies which helps in providing effective services. It has been observed that it is very necessary for the companythatisoperatinginnayindustryhavetocomplywiththevariousrulesand regulations(Legal issue) in order to effectively operate its businessand should focus on providing quality education to the students. On the other hand it is said that in order to promote the services that is offered by the company proper and effectivemarketingtools and strategies should be implemented by the company and in the absence of this can impact its functioning in the competitive market(Wierenga,2021). With the evolution of the digital technology, various digital marketing tools can be adopted which helps in promoting the services in order to attract the students. It has been observed thatethical issuesarise as a result of various decision that is taken by the company is in conflict with the moral principles of the society and can alsoimpact the image of the company. The ethical issues that is currently faced by the organization is lack of discipline or not following the principles of discipline which is having negative impact on the students as well as the teaching(Allhoff, and Henschke, 2018). On the other hand increase in the inequality has also led to various problems such as not respecting the cultures and belief of the students as all students belong to different culture and also have different level of understanding and learning styles. Competitors of clients London school of science and technology have many competitors such as American international university, Farhad bin sultan university, king college London, university of Bristol, university of Oxford, etc. they all are the top competitors of the London school of science and technology in London, United Kingdom (Montacute, 2018). Target customers The London school of science and technology targetcustomer's is graduate and undergraduate students who want to study in the college universities. The university target the students who want to develop the skills and knowledge as well as provide the opportunities to the students in the academic and educational area for the growth of future career. Economic factors:In the economic factors of the academic and education area which are influence the London school of science and technology for the charitable donations form the foundations, income generating projects such as athletics, fund from the government which helps in operate the expenses. Social factors:The social factors influence the clients for follow the trends and development such as new initiatives, new curriculum as well as focus on the environmental situation such as programs related to pollution, growing plants, etc. Technological factors:The technological factors are influence the London school of science and technology for rising quality of online education resources because it will be very helpful in the career and future of the students and target audience. Technical issue: It is necessary to adopt the new and advanced technology in its management which helps in gathering useful information which helps in planning more effective strategies for the benefit of the company(Penfold, and Polka, 2020). In order to survive in the market it is necessary to install mew software which helps inproviding wide learning opportunities for the students that help in contributing in the achievement of the career goals. Marketing issue: This is one of the major issue that is faced by the man of the company and I the absence of effective strategies results into reducing its image in the competitive market. In order to overcome this issue it is necessary for the organization to use various effective digital marketing technologies by promoting the services on the various social media platforms which will benefit the performance of the company(Katsikeas, and et.al.,2019). With the help of effective marketing tools and techniques hale the company to effectively fulfil the requirements of the target customer and take further decisions accordingly. Ethical issue: It is one of the most common issue that is faced by the company which can have long term negative impact. The issues arise due to non-complying with the ethical policies and standards and also which is against the society. Lack of confidenceand increase in the illegal activities such as bullying and inequalities results in increase in the ethical issues which can affect the image and also the students(Rubio, and et.al., 2020). It is necessary to comply with the standards in the business ethics which helps in improving the brand image of the organisation in the competitive market and on the other hand adopt the positive ethical approaches for effective functioning of the company.
CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that with the helps of business consulting services enable the organisation and manager to identify the various obstacles that can affect the company and take precautionary measures to resolve the issues that is faced by the company.
