This is important for an individual to develop their understanding and skills regarding a particular topic that can help to improve the business activities. This mainly helps other organization optimize and improve their overall business model (Franco, Cárdenas and et.al., 2021). The current report is based on case study of London School of Science & Technology that develop understanding by study the market. This is facing issue of marketing issue that can be used to recruit the students. This problem is related to HR that can be resolved by managing all functions and activities. The outline of report is analysis information about client, problem which is facing, and solutions. MAIN BODY Background of the Client To develop knowledge and skills about particular topic there is need to have proper information and research skills that can be used to manage the activities. Business consulting is the practice of collecting information regarding a particular topic and manage the business performance.LSSTrefers toLondon School of Science and Technologythat is private higher education provider with four campuses. This is themain clientthat is operating their business by offering learning opportunities. In this college have approximately 4000 students who reads regularly for improving their learning and managing business activities. The students in such college have take part in different courses and program that can help to manage business activities. The LSST who is the client faces issue of IT department such as recruitment of students has become highly saturated overtime. It faces a shift in market relates to teaching method that affected the business negatively. The human resources management of LSST needs to resolve this issue by increasing recruitment opportunity for students and develop business activities. This is important for HR and IT department to make the use of their skills and abilities for the purpose of recruiting best employees by using different marketing methods that can help to provide information and manage the activities (Burgos, Lavado, Huamán and Muñoz, 2021).
Segmentation Segmentation is the business model which is used by employer to divide the marketplace into different segment for the purpose of meeting target audience. This can help to provide information and attract people from the selected market. This is important for an organization and business to analysis the marketplace and maintain performance. LLST has been used segmentation to divide its recruitment problem into Geographic, demographic, psycho graphic, and behavioral. Geographic – LSST can operate its campus at multiple locations where it can appeal and analysis the market to provide information. Demographic – LSST is going to focus on age and education courses that will help to influence number of students and push them to take entrance (Thompson, 2018). Psycho graphic – To solve the recruitment issue client also use distance learning, and other marketing method with the help of IT that will help change student mind and support to increase students. Target customer market A target market is defined as group of customers who identify their needs and wants in market then provide kind of products and services. This is important for an organization to identify who is their main customers and how they can develop their business performance. In context to London School of Science & Technology, targeted customers is student between that age of 18 to 30 years old. The students who wants to develop their learning and skills needs to take part in college that support to build their future career. LSST will conduct a online event due to pandemic where it invites all students who recently completed their higher secondary and looking to a good business school (Lafortune, Riutort and Tessada, 2018). SWOT Analysis By conducting the SWOT of LSST, Strength is positive reputation in the external community, good size and structure of campus, and friendly and safe environment for students. The weakness are lack of student recruitment, that affected the business. The opportunities are use of marketing channel and virtual learning that can help to attracts the number of students and support to increase business performance. The threat of LSST is budget crisis, development of another university in area.

The technological factor involves new technology and innovation that can help to influence people and run business. The IT department of LSST uses technological factor by introducing new learning method and marketing channel, it can influence the number of students that can help to operate a business and manage the higher performance. By considering legal factor, all regulations in relation to health and safety, education, and recruitment followed by tutor for improving students learning and managing activities. Moreover, contribution in CSR and minimum wastage under environment factor can be used to LSST operation (Voigtlaender and et.al., 2019). Recommendation To run and successfully operation of business is important aspect by managing and organizing the activities. A person who have good knowledge and skills about particular topic became opportunity to set their own business and maintain higher performance. To resolve the
recruitment issue under human resource management, HR management needs to use new technology along with IT department where it can provide new learning methods to their students that would attracts and make decision. The management also needs to understand issue of their students and tutor then offer kind of services which can help to operate business activities. To organize and manage the working there is need to have good communication, recruitment, and problem solving skills that can help to solve problems in relation to LSST and supports to organizational development. Use of new technology and marketing is effective source of solving issue that is facing by company and reducing productivity. With the help of new technology and innovation chosen industry can take competitive benefits by increase number of students and providing them new learning methods that can help to develop business productivity. Conclusion From the report it can be concluded that business consulting is the area of research where people collect information regarding particular topic and manage the business activities. To manage a business and organize performance there is need to focus on resources and functions which needs to perform accurately. Recruitment of students is most important for running LSST in changing environment where IT department and human resources management uses their communication, technical, and time management skills that supported to operate business regularly and organizational development. To face the competition there is need to introduce betterqualityof servicesand learningenvironmentthat canhelpto managethehigher performance and increase productivity.
