INTRODUCTION
Business consulting are referring to the services which are engaged in the business in such a way
where the expert advice is working for the specific field. There is various importance of business
consulting such as it is helping by advising people in order to improve the organisation or
business problem (Diachkov, 2020). The present report is based on the LSST Aston Birmingham
Campus also the aim of the report is to analyse the HR problem of LSST and also outlining the
scope of report with the help of SWOT and PESTLE analysis. Further, the report provided brief
background related to client problem.

State client’s problem clearly and concisely
In the present report the client is the Dean of LSST Aston Birmingham Campus and in
order to increases the product portfolio for the next year’s professional qualification. But there is
problem related to human resource that are not having the specific qualification such as ACCA
or CIMA that should be adopted by the organisation so that it can be helped for the proposal
qualification offer by the institution. Further, there are numerous entrants in the market which are
compete by the competitive advantages.

The problem of client is according to hire those professionals who are already passed with
ACCA or CIMA so that it helps to the students in order to provide them good level of

such as education related to ACCA so that it helps to attract student because there are very less
college that provide in this field of education. The target segment would be London because
there are large number of students who are come on the daily basis in order to gets professional
knowledge.
Complete a target audience analysis
The target audience are those students who have completed their high school study and looking
for getting the knowledge and make their career in the ACCA, MBA etc. Also, there will be two
entrance exams will be conducted in order to select the students who have higher grades. The
target students should be in the age of between 20 to 27.
Perform a SWOT analysis of your client to explain possible links to problem
The client has deep knowledge and experience that are biggest strength of him so that it helps to
understand about the problem and make the decision accordingly (Hansefri and Kristanto, 2020).
Experience of the person are help to make the good image of the person and being dean from 10
years are help to attract the professionals HR so that they can help the client in order to make the
decision. Another opportunity is knowledge because there is very deep knowledge in the field of
study and have the ability of taking the related decision. Also, the weakness is related to get
hyper while facing some of the problem such as related to the problem there are confusion
created about the product line which are need to be introduce in the market. Further, the threat
for the client is competitors who have much knowledge about hiring and guiding the professional
(Jamaluddin, Zainol and Sharif, 2021). There is very less ability to providing training and

years and competitors are taking benefit and attract more students.
Use integrative framework to diagnose client’s problem
According to this problem it has been analysed that there are three paths of the HR
practices which are contribute in the business performance. Firstly, this framework is help to
identify about the organisational capabilities that are related to prove high quality of study so that
it helps to attract students. Also, the second framework are related to improving the satisfaction
of the employee so that it helps to motivate the employees and increases the job satisfaction
(Bolon, Krinke and Sharma, 2018). Lastly the third path is to shaping the students in such a way
where they feel special and also get all the related information so that it helps to solve the client
problem related to affected by the competitors. On the basis of this problem, it has been analysed
that there are solve the problem of client which is related to hiring professional staff.

Throughout the report it has been find out that client has been facing the issue related to
finding the appropriate HR department in order to manage the administration of the campus.
Along with this, HR is very important for the organization as it helps in hiring right candidates
for the company that contributes in success of the firm (Lundan, 2018). In addition to this,
the client has to conduct the interview process in order to select the right HR for the
company.
The another issue that client is facing that it has poor marketing skill so for that it need to
adopt for the digital method of marketing. Furthermore, it will help the organization in
increasing the brand awareness in the market. However, with the help of this approach the
client can share their detail regarding the hiring process. That will contribute in attracting
right candidate.
The third issue that client was facing is high competition in the market so in order to reduce
that it need to make use of advance technology so that it can find out innovative solution.
However, the client can provide their student with various curriculum programme in order to
increase their soft skill (Saura, 2021). In addition to this, it can conduct an online and
offline so that student can share their idea regarding the subject it want more. Along with this,
smart class will help the organization in attracting large customer.

PESTEL analysis helps the organization in analysing the external factor that can affect the
overall growth of the firm. Along with this, it is consist of factors such as Political, legal,
technological , economical and Environmental Along with this, the client is facing
technological issue it has to make use of digital marketing that will help it share the details
of the company on various online platform (Pan, Chen and Zhan, 2019). In addition n to this,
the making use of Smart class room will help the client in attracting students as well as
reduce high competition Moreover, the client has no legal issue as it is following all the rules
and regulation to avoid the intervention of government and NGO’s . In addition to this, the
client has to conduct CSR policy so that it can contribute towards protecting environment.
Provide recommendations to mitigate effects of the three issues to solve client’s problem
The client can mitigate all three issue with the help of using digital tools and technology as it
will contribute in the success of the organization. Along with this, it will help the client in
increasing the brand awareness that will help the client in reducing the high competition. In
addition to this, it will help client in also attracting right candidates that is needed by the
company.

in selecting the right business structure for the organization so that it run the company
