The target students should be in the age of between 20 to 27. Perform a SWOT analysis of your client to explain possible links to problem The client has deep knowledge and experience that are biggest strength of him so that it helps to understand about the problem and make the decision accordingly (Hansefri and Kristanto, 2020). Experience of the person are help to make the good image of the person and being dean from 10 years are help to attract the professionals HR so that they can help the client in order to make the decision. Another opportunity is knowledge because there is very deep knowledge in the field of study and have the ability of taking the related decision. Also, the weakness is related to get hyper while facing some of the problem such as related to the problem there are confusion created about the product line which are need to be introduce in the market. Further, the threat for the client is competitors who have much knowledge about hiring and guiding the professional (Jamaluddin, Zainol and Sharif, 2021). There is very less ability to providing training and

Use integrative framework to diagnose client’s problem According to this problem it has been analysed that there are three paths of the HR practices which are contribute in the business performance.
