PART- A(Recruitment issues faced by HR) LSST human resource departments is facing the issues of not being able to recruit right people and right number of staff in the institute. STP Model Segmentation-Segmentation is the process in which the market is divided into several parts so that the people having same characteristics can be grouped into one. For getting the best and right people for the institute it is important that the HR department makes the division of their target people.

Competition (SWOT) Strengths-The main strength of HR department of the institute is that they have provided the best policies for the management of the LSST. The management and decisions of the institute are best because of the plans and policies made by them. Weakness-The weakness is that they are not able to make proper planning of the recruitment as to what will be the best way by which they can make the recruitment of right people and can fill the vacant position.
Theory Organisation life cycle- This theory is based on the assumption that as any of the organisations passes their time then with that they went through a sequence of developmental stages. It is believed that as the organizations will be growing then they will be maturing as the time will went they will be developing which can be in any form whether they will be making the development in the form of expansion or they will be developing with the increase in the market share.
Skills Communication skill-For becoming successful in HR it is important that I will be having the ability to makeconversationwithotherpersonwhichis effective and productive at the same time. Advising-It is the another skills which is important and which has been developed by me is that to give the advise to other people.

PART-B (Advertisement issues by Marketing) The marketing team of LSST is facing the difficulty of not being able to influence the students to make the registration in London School of Science and Technology. They are unable to use the best technique so that they can enable the students to come into the institute. STP model Segmentation-In the segmentation process the main thing which is done is to break the market into equal parts and then make the group on the basis of similarity which they will be getting. This can be used by marketing department in order to identify that which institute is best in their advertisement approach and how they are developing their ideas.
Competition (SWOT analysis) Strengths-The main strength of marketing department isthatwhateveractivitiesandthestatementsthey provide to the institute is in great manner. This means that the way which is being used by them can be easily differentiated from those which are working under same thing. Weakness-The main weakness for which the marketing team is struggling is that they are not able to make the advertisement in a proper way so that they can attract large number of people.
Theory Consistency theory It is that theory in which the beliefs and the attitudes are related and which supports one another and find out comfort in themselves. If the situation will not be working according to the decided thing that with this the situation of cognitive dissonance can come.
