INTRODUCTION
Business consulting is determined as profession and activity that are used by individuals for
the purpose of providing expert advices in various areas. This is important for each organization
to understand what people do for the purpose of satisfying their clients and formulate strategies
that can be used to develop the business knowledge and skills. The consulting involves planning,
organising, and resolving problems and maintaining higher performance. The business
consulting is the main function which is used by people to solve their problem which arises while
working and affected the productivity (Aronoff, and Ward, 2016). The consultants understanding
the different circumstances and provide valuable operations and recommend optimum solution.
The current report is about London School of Science and Technology that is larger college of
London providing academic courses to their students as it has four campuses. The LST wants to
enter into new market by influencing number of students so that it is planning to recruit skilled
and talented person. The report includes information about the organisation and problems faced
by it. It further breaks the problems through critically analysing as well as presenting areas of
importance to different clients. At last, it includes top three issues faced by entity along with
justification for their top rankings.
MAIN BODY
Clarifying about client and problems they are facing
About the client: The client is LSST that means a college which is providing different
types of educational courses to their students for the purpose of developing their understanding
and knowledge in particular field. In present the college has approximately 4000 students
studying courses on business management. The other courses are business management, Health
and social care, and IT and computing which can help to attracts the number of people and get
work done. This is important for each individual and person to identify the environment and
comes to know what people want and how they could be satisfied in the changing environment
and supports to develop the business productivity. The HR department of LSST is having major
role as it identifies the vacant position and uses their skills and abilities to recruit and select the
right people at the workplace who could contribute to develop the performance. The
management should have proper information regarding their business and its requirement which
could be fulfil by offering different types of products and services that supports to develop the
