This also concerns to resolve all the problems with HR about their activities and the functions. Further it will provide the analysis about the problems and their accurate solutions. TASK Background of the Client The main aim is to develop and opt the knowledge and also all the skills about the given topic with the general research and the information being managed. Business consulting helps in collecting the information about the specific topic through which they maintain the business performance. LSST implies to have the London School Of Science and Technology with all the management of the higher education given in the four campus. This client is mainly managing and operating all the learning opportunities. Their are approximately 4000 students who use to read on regular basis to manage all the business activities,. Students manages and take part in all such working on regular basis and also maintain the general activities (Thompson, 2018). LSST is mainly a client which face the issues in regard to the IT department which are like the recruitment of the students which were became highly saturated in the mean time. It also shift the market recreation for all the teaching methods in order to know the negative impact on business. The HRM of LSST helps in resolving all the issues in relation to the sectional and the recruitment of students while managing and developing the business activities. It is core element of HR and IT departments as this implies to have the skills and the abilities in which they focus on recruiting the employees for different marketing methods for management of activities Segmentation

LSST use to divide all the recruitment problems with the psycho graphic, demographic, geographic and behavioral (Stroh, 2020).Demographic-LSST implements the age and also the education of all the courses on which the students were being managed in order to push and maintain the entrance of the students.Geographic-LSST have an attainable areas and they can manage the campus in variable areas and multiple locations(Burgos, Lavado, Huamán and Muñoz, 202). Psycho graphic-This helps in solving all the issues with the clients for the recruitment regarding the issues about all the learning and all the marketing methods through which the change in the student mind and also the increase in the students are being opt. Target customer market It is mainly being defined as all the group of customers which helps in identifying all the needs and also the wants on which the products and the services are being made. This serves out to manage and proliferate all the identification of the customers in which they evaluate all the development of the business performance. As in LSST there is been seen that they focus or target on all the students of the group of 18-30 yearsand manage all the targets on it. Their is been seen that the students can implement and develop all the learning and the skills which are being taken in order to build the future career of the student. LSST helps in conducting all the online events on pandemic where they proliferates and manage the orientation by inviting the students in order to recently manage and complete the higher education for business school. SWOT Analysis As by evaluating all the internal factors there is been seen that LSST have some of the m major aspects on which they apply and manage all the external factors which are like: Their strength is mainly the good size of the campus, friendly and safe environment. Weakness is mainly there is lack in the systematic approach for the students recruiting.

In order to maintain the concern of the environment the LSST can frame the CSR to be applied in all the areas to avoid wastage.
Recommendation In order to manage the effective working there is been seen that the business is the most crucial; part in all the areas and there is been required to manage the organizing the activities. In order to maintain the effective and the proper working there is been seen that the person will have to manage the good workings patterns and the skills which are required to be opted in all the areas.HR management is required to implement the strategies in which they can apply the IT department to be underlined ans also all the learning adaptability and the management is being needed(Voigtlaender and et.al., 2021). All the LSST should impose the methods in which they can opt and frame all such activities with which the students can gain offers and the better facilities for the recruitment.. in order to manage the better and effective working the good communication, problem solving skills and the other variability is being required to be managed. Their is being required the use of new innovation and technology to be opted with which the new learning can be implemented in order to develop the business and its further growth. CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above report that business consulting is mainly the research areas which helps in collecting all the information regrading all the business activities. It evaluates and manages all the performancefor focusing and also in managing the functioning manage the work accurately.
