Business consulting is basically the area of professionals who typically provides expert
advice and professional support to the individuals for the purpose to manage properly and
develop understandings. The business consultant basically serves the professional services to the
adviser with the help of managing and working in a productive effectively. In reference to
business consultant, it basically helps the organisations in improving the overall business model.
In this report, it basically involves the case study of London School of Science and technology
which is generally facing HR issue while its operations.

information in context to a topic and how to manage the organisation performance. In case of
LSST it basically refers to as London School of Science and Technology that is basically a
education organization with 4 campuses. It is the main client who is functioning their operations
through the use of learning opportunities. In this college, it approximately has 4000 students who
regularly focuses on managing the business activities and learning activities. The students
belonging to this college have taken part in various programs and courses and helps in managing
the various business activities(Franco, Cárdenas and et.al., 2021).
In case of LSST, the issue of IT department which involves recruitment of the students
has became highly saturated overtime. It deals with market shift in relation to teaching methods
which basically affects the organisation in a negative manner. In reference to LSST, it basically
needs to resolve the issue through developing various business activities and increasing the

use of various methods of marketing which helps in managing the activities and providing

Geographic: LSST can basically operates its campus at various different locations for the
purpose to provide information.
Demographic: In case of LSST, it is going to focus on the education and age courses that will

In reference to target market, it is basically defined as the group of customers who

is very important to know and identify the main customers and various ways to develop the
performance. In context to LSST, the target audience is students among the age group of 18 to 30
years old. In reference to students, who wants to develop their skills and learning need to take
part in the college. In case of LSST, it will conduct online event because of pandemic where it

social factors, individual and behaviour of students is changing which results in creating a issue
for the recruiting potential students. In reference to the technological factor, it basically
comprises of the innovation and technology which generally helps in running the organisation
and impacting the individuals. In case of LSST, the IT department uses the technological factor
through introducing marketing channels and new methods of learning and which results in

considering legal factors, education, regulations in the safety and health followed by the tutor for
the purpose of managing activities and also focusing on improving the learning of students. In
addition to that, contribution in the corporate social responsibility and minimising the wastage
under environment factor which is used for the LSST operation(Kirillov, Wu, He, and Girshick,
2020).
Recommendations
For the purpose of successful business operations, it is very significant aspect of
organizing and managing the activities of the organisation. A individual who have skills and
knowledge in relation to a particular topic became an opportunity for the purpose to maintain
higher performance and setting own performance. For the purpose to resolve the issue of
recruitment, the HR management need to use the new technology for the objective to provide
learning methods for the purpose to make decisions and attracting new students. In addition to
that, it is very important to ensure to basically understand the issue of the students and also
offering kind of services for the purpose to operate the activities of the business. For the purpose
to manage and organize the working, it is very important to have problem solving skills which
will help in solving the problem of LSST for the purpose to support the organizational
development. The marketing and new technology is considered to be very effective for the
purpose to solve the issue faced by the company (Voigtlaender and et.al., 2019).
