INTRODUCTION
Business consulting refers to the activity of providing professional or expert advice in a
particular area. Organizations or individuals may face problems in their business due to which
business consultants are contacted for getting advices on strategy, planning and problem in order
to develop business skills and knowledge (Dyllick and Muff, 2016). In addition to this, different
model and marketing plan are also provided as a part of professional advice which can be applied
for increasing the effectiveness. This report is based on Mercedes Benz which is a German
global automobile company having its headquarters at Stuttgart, Germany. It deals in luxury
vehicles, buses, coaches, ambulance and truck. The other company which is chosen in this report
is Toyota Motor Corporation, which is the company based in Japan having its headquarter in
Toyota, Aichi. It is a multinational automotive manufacturer which is considered as sixth largest
company in the world by revenue. Furthermore, this report covers discussion of the problem
which both the companies are facing along with description of target audience, competition and
market. Along with this, demonstration has been made between the client requirements and the
combined skills, expertise and experience of team together with examples for better
understanding.
PROJECT A

As being a consultancy group the main aim here is to achieve the issues related to the
business counselling of Toyota. In the following project an essential issue with the Toyota
Company will be define in brief context of the particular target audience, it’s all competition and
the markets scenarios.
The main issues which have been recorded after creating the hybrid battery in cars is that
the problems courtesy is off actually wearing falls are the general causes which leads to break
down of the popular petrol electric cars. The more complex electronics will be created they will
have a huge capacity that if anything might goes wrong the battery problem can totally affect the
whole working condition of the car (Nevis, 2013). The combination of working on a hybrid car is
the complicated in electronic mathematics of switching between the power of battery and the
