Business consulting is defined as the professional who provides expert advice in a
particular area . There are various aspects which is been taken into consideration such
as management, security, human resources, marketing, financial resources,
digitalisation etc. The business consultancies perform different functions where it
satisfied the desires of the other projects which is been taken into consideration by the
business organisation. The consultant is defined as the expert who have a knowledge of
market and can analyse the various aspect of completion of the project. The project
title is the Transformational into character which is the motto of the programme. The
client for the business is Regent collage. The programme is conducted in order to
aware the students of the habits, discipline in order to be winner in the various areas of
life.

where the company is responsible for the
completion of the project which is given by the
another company. The business consultancy is the
organisation where it provides the expert advice
and suggestions for the various campaigns. The

consultancy form . It is an important aspect to create

how an individual can achieve success and growth in
the life. The another aspect is to create the awareness
of the good habits and how the management and use
of the various strategies can help in developing a
goad lifestyle. The main motto of the project is

The issues which is been faced by the Regent
college is that they need to hire people for the
completion of the programme. This means that
the human resources which is required by the
client is the main problem for the company. The
regent college is looking for the people who can
manage the programme and have a knowledge
of the various aspect which can motivate the
students in order to be discipline in order to
bring change and be the winner in different
areas of life. The main issue is the allocating of
the human resouce which need to be solved by
the company.

The another issues which is faced by the client is lack of promotional
activities over the social media. This is the most major issue which is
faced by the Regent collage where the promotion is required in order
to attract students towards the project which is been constructed. The
major issue is the lack of the promotion which is required in order to
attract the customers for the organisation. This can be the problem
which need to be solved for which the consultancy is been hired. The
promotion over the social media is an important for the completion
and making successful of the programme which is constructed in
order to build the motivation and a path in which the individual can
achieve success. The promotional is the major concern for the
business organisation in order to have more customers.


company need to target the skilled people who can handle the management of the programme
and develop in such away that it is interesting for the students and in aspect of the learning.

targeted in order to promote the programme. The students are targeted in which the company is focusing of

constructed in order to attract students.
Market: - The market for the promotion project is the education industry where treh market is large for
the organisation.
