It is essential for every organisation to analyse their issues and factors which can impact
bad upon their organisation and make those strategies which will help them to mitigate these
issues as soon as possible (Lee and Seo, 2018). This will further help the company to achieve
their business objectives without facing any obstacle. Regent Group London is a group of non
earning private colleges. It is founded in 1984 and it's branches located at different locations for
the convenience of their students. This college is famous for their quality courses and skilled
teachers to help students to clarify their doubts effectively. The following file covers clarification
of client and their main problem which they face. The following report also covers competitors
analysis, target customer analysis and external business analysis to break down the issues. At the
end this report will ends up with analysing top three issues faced by organisation and different
ways to mitigate them.

Client is Rasika who is experienced marketing professional and joined the Regent Group
London in the year 2015. Rasika is responsible for promoting the college well and help the
college to attract more students toward their college. She is also responsible to help college to
analyse what all changes they require to adopt in their college by analysing students and their
parents perception toward their college. There are few issues which is analysed by Rasika while
working for the college and one of the biggest issues is their promotional strategies. It is found
that the Regent Group of London are not promoting their college and the facilities well in the
market due to which most of the students and their parents switch to opt another college for the
admission. Hence, Rasika decided to develop new campaign for the promotion of the Regent
college brand in market.
