INTRODUCTION Business consultant refers to a group of individual person or an individual person who is a professional and gives the professional terms advices to the business and the organisation. This involves the different suggestion that a professional can give to the person who needs helps in this law, accountancy, engineering, science, security etc. are includes. This report is based on the Regent College that is one of the leading education providers in the London. This report shows the various problem s that is facing by the client and provides the effective solution to them so that they will encourage and enhance their proficiency to stay in the marketplace. In this it shows the problem related to lack of personal development due to this it affect the brand image of the institute, accepting changes, thinking skills of the students to complete the overall task. After the problem recognition this report helps in finding the target customers and their market to influence the number of people towards the institute. At last it can provide the rank to the problem which college is facing on the top most priority(Dugan and et. al., 2016). Client that are facing issues are shown below and what type of problem they face also included below. low brand awareness– This is the first problem that is faced by the institute that is low brand awareness due to this they cannot attract the large number of bright students that are not fear of taking and completing the task on a giving time in the thinking into character course. because of not popular image of the brand they only get the two professionalinTICdepartmentsandtheywillfacemanyproblemlikenot communication to all students, not solve the problem of the students who take the admission in this etc(Biech, 2019). problem in recruiting participants into the workshops-It is the another issue that is affect by the Regent college is that professionals and the staff members face many difficulties to attract the large students in the workshops because of high burdened of the study they feel under pressure and cannot participate in other activities due to there image in the market is not so strong.
Ethical issues –The another issue that is face by the Regent college is that there students are not follow the proper ethical issues that includes the confidentiality, carefulness, openness, legality etc. all this happen because of lack of team spirit and the problem solving skills(Pyo and Ha, 2015). Clients of the Regent College Students– in this they face the problem of high burdened study and due to this they feel anxious, work under pressure and not give the creative results in the task completion. Due to this its brand image also down this is the major problem. Staff members– There staff members play an vital role in the corporation considered as an important client they face the problem regarding recruiting the students for the workshops and recruiting the more staff members from outside the institute who have a greater knowledge to tackle the students problems. Break the problem down by critically analyzing the important areas Competitors –In today’s world competition is increasing in the marketplace because of same type of product are to be offer by the different institute in the same industry with different pricing skill. Therefore, every individual can more focus on learning and experiencing new things so that they will enhance their personal and professional skills. Due to this demand of the educational centers and the experienced teachers are increasing. In this Regent college can provide the knowledge and course ‘thinking into character’ that would helps in enhancing the thinking and develops the personal skills. it is also called transformational programmed. in this academic can face the competition with Chester university that also provide the same services with highly skilled professionals and a bright students. Due to this they may reduce their brand awareness in the market place. To overcome this issue academic may hires a team that create a strong brand awareness so that they will attracts the large number of students and young people(Uhl and Gollenia, 2016).. Target customers - Thisis a significant term to attract the large customer base so that revenues and market share will be enhanced. it is only possible to maintain the high grand awareness in the market place where the number of students are lived. to increase the brand awareness in the market place they need to use advanced promotional tools like social media,

In this they use effective tool like artificial intelligence, social media to recruit the experienced person who give the training on thinking into character that is the trending course in today’s life of the people. they also focus on providing hygienic and the healthy atmosphere in the campus so when the students and the professional visit there they feel good and this will encouraged in taking the admission in this business corporation. Influencing factors from external environment –External factors consists of various terms i.e. legal, economical, social, technological and the political factor. in this Regent college influences thorough legal, economical and the social terms in this they follow the Regent and BNU insurance as a legal term which is sufficient to place the projects and their process. As an economical term they would collect their funds and examine it that it is suitable or not. In this for the commercial work they actually pay the 10000.in social factor terms they provide the knowledge and education to the students and provide employment to the professional so that they increase the standard of living(Aaron, 2018). From above analysis top three issues that client is facing The first and foremost problem that is face by the institute is the lack of br4and awareness and increasing number of competitors in the market. This issue is the big because of low brand image they cannot attract the students and the teachers who take admission and give their best.to earn a high profit margin and stay for a longer term in the market brand awareness si very important to improve this corporation need to use advanced promotional tools like social media, artificial intelligence so that it will enhance the brand image(Burnison and Bensoussan, 2015).
ï‚·The another main problem is the lack of ethical issue that is not in the students of the institute because of high burdened of education they contain lack of confidence, feel anxious and cannot participate in any other activities. due to this they thinking power is less. to overcome this issue corporation mainly focus on providing the thinking into character course where they enhance their ability to think but because of lack of staff they cannot give the proper training on them(Nissen, 2018). ï‚·Due to the lack of ethical issue in the students another and third major problem is that they cannot participate into the workshops which are the main part to enhance the knowledge and skills.This issue is placed ion the third number because of ethical issue this problem arise so that ethical issue is the major consequences from this. CONCLUSION By using the above data it is to be concluded that brand awareness is very essential term to attract the large number of the people towards the business institute. in this business environment play and important role to take the significant decisions about the enhancing the brand and attracting the people towards the products. The regent college can enhance their students learning power for this they need to various technological skills. Concerned institute facing many problems regarding lack of personal development and students learning skills and poor interactions between the teachers and the students because of this its image in the market has dropped out. to become the most suitable and effective institute in the London they can analyse the competitors, target market, clients who are interred in the college and factors that was influencing the external factors. At last show the high level issue that contains highest rank in the Regent College to remove it and work on it. this will helps in earning more returns with longer sustainability in the market place(Pimenova, and et. al., 2016)..
