Company information
 The chosen company is BLOOM AND BLOSSOM which provide skin care
product for women, children and mother and the company is located in old
Amersham UK.
 They use high ingredient in their product which are natural, and dermatologist
approved, safe for sensitive and eczema prone skin of every individual.
 Beside this they use ethical source for packaging their product and services and
the company also claim that they do not use animals’ experiments for the
safeguarding the nature.

The concept
 Most of the product are made up of chemicals which harm the skin
of the individual. The product is safe for children and women as
they less harmful element and it come up with affordable price.
 Along with this, it also uses natural ingredients through which make
product more effective and useful for children. However, the
company is also focusing on the social media to capture large
market share.

Problems developing because of the present
situation
 Team is constantly solving the price of the product and services
which are provided to the customer.
 As the ingredients which are used comes at high cost which
increase the price of the skin care product.
 In the market their varieties of skin care product which comes with
harmful chemical which damage the skin of women.
 Team is also trying to use more herbal elements which are safer for
children as their skin are more sensitive in regards women.

strategy through which firm cannot able to capture large market
share. This is essential for the firm to manage the operation in
effective manner so that people get more attracted towards the
company.
Target audience
 The target audience for BLOOM and BLOSSOM are the women,
mother and also children. As fashion industry have become one of
the largest emerging in the world so this is will help firm to earn
more profit in coming years
