who work closely with business owner, manager, executives. It helps to improve the overall
business operational activities and efficiency. The report will discuss the Yorkshire tea as
client and identifying what kind of problem they are facing. It will analyse the competitors,
target consumer market which will be influenced the external factors. At last, it will

Yorkshire team refers to the black team blend which is mainly produced by Bettys &
Taylor’s group. It was established in 1997 and producing the most popular traditional black
team sold in UK marketplace. Generally, Yorkshire team brand uses different kind of team
those are grown in different countries such as Kenya, Sri Lanka and India. In 2016, company
has launched breakfast brew and also introduced biscuit Brew, flavoured team. It also
extended to brand and establishing a strong position in the competitive marketplace.
Yorkshire team is always trying to adapt a new advertising campaign which helped brand to
grow their business. The main aim is to increase overall business production and sales across
global world. But certain point, Yorkshire team have faced a problem in their business
growth and development.
The business problem- break-down the shopping habits for lifetime
The business problem arise at the point where it is difficult to maintain a stable
position of black tea concept in marketplace. This is because of continuously growing the
markets and changing the demand of consumers. In this way, it has been declined the market
of black team. Some kind of drinkers are dying off, kids are not picking up the habit of black
tea (Al-Dayyeni and et.al., 2021). On the basis of estimation, it has been examined that total
sales dropped by 22% in between 2012-16.
Second problem is related to habitual purchasing power. Many people can by the
same kind of team and grew up with rest of their whole life. At that time, it is difficult for
Yorkshire tea brand to attract more consumers and people are unable to switch towards black
team brands easily.
Third problem, tea has been rapidly growing in market so that some leaders who have
built-up enterprise and understanding the mind of individuals (Al-Dayyeni and et.al., 2021).
