I have gained knowledge on how to communicate with other team members in the organization
in order to perform effectively. Business correspondence is the desired exchange of the information in
the written format and reveals the execution of the business procedures of the concerned organization.
There are different types of correspondence that are effectively used in order to communicate the
messages while the execution of the business processes. The use of the business letters and business
emails are on top priority as these help in increasing the reliability of communicating within the team
members related to the evaluation of the business procedures. I have managed to develop some
professional skills which I can use it later in the professional setting. The event of business
correspondence critically reveals the fact that it can effectively took place among organizations as well
as the customers where the primary motive is to execute the business procedures in most effective and
defined way (Chao, 2016). Developing a detailed understanding about business correspondence is
crucial, as the information collected can be applied in the future in various manner. Several books are
studied to gain insight on the subject. The event of business correspondence help in providing more
knowledge on the different methods of communication in order to execute the business activities and
one such is in the form of emails. The emails are considered as the latest formal method of business
communication which establish the bridge between the customers as well as the employees of the
organization. The clear use of direct reference theories reflects the use of proper language including the
effective use of expressions regarding the use of the work processes (Cho, 2016). In addition to this, I
have also visited several websites to clear my doubts on the topic and found that the memorandum is
another useful document which is used for the purpose of internal communication. Using few of the
crucial articles on business correspondence and the evaluation f the event on it, I am able to gain depth
knowledge on the subject and is able to develop some professional skills. These skills will allow me to
achieve a high score in my academics as well as perform well within an organization.
I think that I can relate the knowledge gained during the activity to various aspects of my
academic life. Relating the theory with practical examples allows me to further increase my
understanding about the subject. The completion of the tasks and events of business correspondence
has effectively provided me vast knowledge on managing the various things concerning with the
personal and professional life (Davies, 2015). I understand that the importance of communication is
large in both the cases. Moreover, in order to complete a project successfully the evaluation of the
perfect communication techniques is important like with the help of emails, face to face or by using
Memorandum. The information gathered during the activities can be applied in the academic as well as
my professional career. It critically relates to the other things like it is helpful in achieving career goals. I
think I will be able to perform in an organization using the information collected during the activities.
The information gathered from this activities will help me to perform well in my academics and the
program. The use of thee referenced theory helps in providing knowledge regarding the proper use of
expression and language for communicating views or messages in the area of business activities (Evans,
2014). The experienced regarding the execution and handling of various business situations will critically
help me in evaluating the effectiveness of my personal and the professional life. On the other hand, it
will provide me the success path to achieve my career goals with a clear vision. One of the import fact is
the efficient use of the Memos which is done in order to communicate the exact messages within the
desired group of the members. The use of memorandum is basically for the purpose of drafting
messages by the management and addressing it to the employees in order to execute the concerned
work processes in smoother way. Moreover, the use of the learnings are highlighted in the execution of
the tasks of business correspondence critically rat there reveals the significance of communicating
