MAIN BODY
There are many module activities which are undertaken by me when working in this
module which includes attending workshops, lectures and even the group work. Team work is an
important aspect when working as it helps in sharing the responsibilities and work. There were
many members in my group and each of member has its distinct role and responsibilities which
are undertaken by them. This helped in smooth working of the task by the whole team. He
effectiveness of the group was there was the presence of members who all contributed in an
effective manner and equally so that there is smooth working of all. Next module activity is
attending the lecture wherein I got to know the knowledge of all the topics. Lectures help in
gaining the best knowledge as there is presence of deep information which are made understood
by the lecturers. Another module activity which I attended is workshops which helped in taking
the theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the topic. Workshops are the great way of
making the topics clear as it helped me in gaining the knowledge by way of practical examples.
Workshops involve the group of 10-20 people who come together in order to share the common
problem or interest. Hence, all these activities helped me in my personal development as I was
able to gain the knowledge of the topic by way of different means such as lectures, workshops
and team work. Working in the groups and teams helped me in enhancing my productivity as I
was able to learn from others and make my issues solve by the effort of all. The decisions taken
by us were taken by mutual consent and trust. My role in the team was to research on the topic
and gather the information which are relevant and useful. This role helps me to gain more deep
knowledge about the topic. Hence, working in the team works best as I was able to share my
work and responsibilities among all.
There are many areas on which I need to make improvement and develop some skills and
knowledge which can help me to explore my professional life. The skills and knowledge help me
in my personal and professional life so that I can develop my career. The first area of my
development is the habit forming wherein it is important for me to develop the habits so that I
can make regular use of it. For instance, I will develop the habit of working on the time by
managing all my activities against the deadline so that I can manage my time. For the purpose of
developing the habit, I will require the context cue, a behavioural repetition as well as the
rewarding myself so that I can form the habit. Next area of development for me is creativity
