Description
This unit was very interesting as it was based on the business creativity. This module cover
approximately nine topics that are essential for making the creativity in the business. The
tutors had given speeches on each of them in the details as it supported to solve my many
issues related to the business creativity. I observed that this module was very interesting
hence I was capable to easily understand many concepts with respect to the business
creativity. Further, I learned about many significant topics like background of creativity,
development of the creativity and business idea, canvas business model, strategies for the
business creativity in the start-ups, strategies for creativity in the existing business,
reinterpreting strategy by the business model, business model design process, and implement
and manage creativity (Lukic, et al., 2017). From the support of my tutors, I gained my
understanding with respect to these factors and improve my existing knowledge effectively.
In starting, I deeply gained my understanding of the meaning and concept of creativity and
how it is important for the business. My tutor gained my knowledge with respect to many
theories and techniques as it is important for the generating new ideas and obtains a reliable

outcome. I gained my knowledge about creative process that could be a significant part of
the business success. I understood that how the creativity techniques could be implied and
used in the business and get higher competitive benefits. Further, I observed that creativity
could define an act of coming with a new idea. There certain theories of creativity that I have
learned in this unit like grace, accident, association, cognitive, and personality (Yashkova, et
al., 2016). From this unit, I gained my understanding about creativity and entrepreneurship.
In this, I learned about different sources like internal and external sources that could play an
important role in the entrepreneurship. Apart from this, internal sources consider many
elements like research and development, engineering, purchasing, production, and marketing
and sales (Scarborough, 2016). As well as, the external factors could also consider many
components such as customers, suppliers, distributors and agents, and consultants. I observed
that the idea of the organization creativity comes from the internal as well as external sources.
I also observed that these factors could support to obtain higher competitive benefit by
making the sustainability of the firm in the marketplace (Moeran, 2016). I understood that
there are many characteristics that are considered in the good business idea like desirable,
viable, and feasible. In addition to this, I enhanced my understanding about many techniques
that are essential for generating innovative business model ideas like understand the customer
insights, ideation, visual thinking, prototyping, and storytelling (Valkokari, 2015). I suffered
from many issues at the time of section but I solved my all issues related to the business
creativity. It will assist me to obtain higher competitive benefits. Before this section, I was
unable to understand the application of creativity in the business and get positive responses.
But, after the section, I was able to understood business creativity significance and use of
creativity in the business.

Apart from this, I also observed one issue is that I was not capable of seeing creativity in the
least time. It could enhance the possibilities of getting a low level of profit. The external and
internal factors could impact on the business growth (Li, et al., 2016).
Feelings
Initially, I eagerly wait for the new model as I got an opportunity for increasing our
understanding and knowledge with respect to the business and creativity. From each topic as
it is related to business creativity give me an opportunity to clutch many concepts and
increase my confidence level by increasing my knowledge. One issue that I faced is that I
stressed simply as it negatively impacts on my understanding. I also understood that the
knowledge with respect to the business creativity could support organization to gain my
existing knowledge and obtain the reliable result (Singh, 2016). These kinds of understanding
support to improve professional skills and gain possibilities of getting a reliable outcome. I
realized that the depth understanding about the business creativity will assist to imply it in the
real situation. Hence, I inspired myself caused of thinking about future prospects and shared
my problems with my tutors. My tutors always recommend to sharing my practical
understanding on the portal. I also discussed with my friends and classmates to gain my
understanding and solve my query related to the business creativity (Rayna and Striukova,
2016). It could be effective for improving my existing skills related to the business creativity
as well as communication skills. I observed that the discussed was more effective for me as
compared to another method to improve my business creativity knowledge. I understood that
I reduced my anxiety level as it improves my confidence level with respect to applying my
knowledge in the upcoming period. I was unable to complete my task in specified time with
quality as it was a major concern for me in getting a reliable result. I also confronted with
management problems that could directly impact on getting a reliable result (Lanahan, 2016).

After the section, I feel that I improve my many skills related to the time management, cost-
effectiveness, and management issues and implication of tools in the business.
Evaluation
An effective part of this section is business creativity as it was imperative to gain my
knowledge with respect to the many important factors related to tithe business creativity. I
understood that how the business model could be effective for operating any kinds of
business and obtain higher competitive benefits. It could also support to bring more
possibilities of success. This section supported me to start a new business in the future with
unique features and obtain a higher competitive benefit (Saebi and Foss, 2015). This subject
also enables me to understand the components that could be considered in the business
models like value proposition, Market segment, value chain, cost structure and profit
potential, and competitive strategy. I also understood that how business model could be
imperative for the employees as well as the organization. I observed that the business model
could directly impact on the productivity of both employee and organization. Hence, the
organization should need to gain their understanding about business model implication in the
organization for sustaining their position in the marketplace (Carcary, et al., 2015). This
module would be effective for me as its aid to become a successful entrepreneur in the
upcoming period and obtain higher competitive benefits. Further, I realized about the bad part
of this module was that although I gained understanding about non-numerical information
with respect to the each of concept of business creativity yet I unable to apply collected
information in the real life. I could not be capable to imply the theoretical knowledge in the
real situation and obtain a realistic result. Hence, I was concerned about this situation. In
addition to this, I meet to my tutors and collect their views and opinion to dissolve my issues
and obtain a reliable outcome. In addition, it is observed that tutor suggest me to improve my
existing skills with respect to the business creativity and application of my theoretical

knowledge in the real-life situation. It could lead to obtaining the higher benefits in the least
time and cost (Love and Roper, 2015). My tutor suggested me to use discussion forums as it
used and I observed that I improved my understanding with respect to the application of
approaches, theories, and models about the business creativity. It could lead to making the
position of the business in the marketplace.
Analysis
After assessing the aspect of business creativity, I observed that it is the competency of a
company to make innovation effectively and to deal with the issues sufficiently. It will also
lead to getting success in the business (Planing, 2015). Through successfully learning
regarding distinct topics, I have observed that how I can provide support an organization to
make creativity in the business process. I can illustrate it by using the example. I have gained
my understanding regarding the Business Model Design Process (Martins, et al., 2015). This
topic is one of crucial concept if business creativity and a key driver for making innovation
and organizational success. This topic has developed my knowledge regarding the drivers and
constraints facing business. The business model design process has also built my
understanding regarding elements needed for the business model design process. As a result,
it would be applied by me to make an effective business model design. This knowledge
would be utilized by me in the application of creativity in the identity business (Mas-Verdú,
et al., 2015). Hence, I can gain my comprehension from these topics about the certain actions
that I as a business development manager can utilize in my future company. This can utilize
by me to motivate the employees for sharing their innovative ideas. Furthermore, I have
increased a large amount of information regarding the position of business development in
creativity. Learning regarding this topic had supported me to comprehend how learning to
follow to avoid business constraints, implement proper business creativity strategy, building
innovative ideas, creating the innovative products and services that link with the preference

of customers and may help to endorse the brand. Understanding the Phases of the business
model design process is also essential for creating the business innovation at the workplace. It
would be beneficial for me to grow my professional career (Ehrenhard, et al., 2017).
Conclusion and action plan
With respect to the entire section, it can be concluded that I improved the many skills that
prevent me to get success and make a successful person. From the last experience, I also
observed that I enhanced my knowledge about the business creativity after the lecture. In the
current era, I am capable to implement theoretical information in the real-life situation and
get a positive response. I also observed that a lack of knowledge, time management skills,
and confidence declines the possibilities of getting higher success. Hence, I should need to
focus on my communication and interpersonal skills as it would be effective for making a
positive relationship with others and handle the situation effectively. I needed to use the
communication techniques and self-approach theories as it would support to improve my
communication as well as interpersonal skills in the limited time frame. It could be effective
for making a reliable and long-term relationship with others.
Another issue that I faced is that I was unable to understand the information which could be
effective for the growth as well as the success of the organization. For eliminating this issues,
I contact to my mentor and get their opinion about dissolving my issues and obtain a positive
outcome. The next issue I faced is that I could not develop the knowledge to understand how
to apply the theories in the practical world and could not understand which theory to be
applied in which specific domains. My tutor suggested me to participate in the online
discussion forums as it would support to clear my all doubts and make confident to me with
respect to the business creativity. Further, I believed that I can gain my understanding about
the business creativity and get success. I also observed that I need to improve my time
management skills as it could also directly impact on my obtained outcome. I observed that I

was habitual to delay in the accomplishment of the task. Hence, it is significant for me to
make an effective plan before starting any activity or task as it could be effective for
completing my task in the least time and cost. Further, I also motivate myself towards the
accomplishment of the goal to get a reliable outcome.
