Description
This unit was very interesting as it was based on the business creativity. This module cover
approximately nine topics that are essential for making the creativity in the business. The
tutors had given speeches on each of them in the details as it supported to solve my many
issues related to the business creativity. I observed that this module was very interesting
hence I was capable to easily understand many concepts with respect to the business
creativity. Further, I learned about many significant topics like background of creativity,
development of the creativity and business idea, canvas business model, strategies for the
business creativity in the start-ups, strategies for creativity in the existing business,
reinterpreting strategy by the business model, business model design process, and implement
and manage creativity (Lukic, et al., 2017). From the support of my tutors, I gained my
understanding with respect to these factors and improve my existing knowledge effectively.
In starting, I deeply gained my understanding of the meaning and concept of creativity and
how it is important for the business. My tutor gained my knowledge with respect to many
theories and techniques as it is important for the generating new ideas and obtains a reliable

outcome. I gained my knowledge about creative process that could be a significant part of
the business success. I understood that how the creativity techniques could be implied and
used in the business and get higher competitive benefits. Further, I observed that creativity
could define an act of coming with a new idea. There certain theories of creativity that I have
learned in this unit like grace, accident, association, cognitive, and personality (Yashkova, et
al., 2016). From this unit, I gained my understanding about creativity and entrepreneurship.
In this, I learned about different sources like internal and external sources that could play an
important role in the entrepreneurship. Apart from this, internal sources consider many
elements like research and development, engineering, purchasing, production, and marketing
and sales (Scarborough, 2016). As well as, the external factors could also consider many
components such as customers, suppliers, distributors and agents, and consultants. I observed
that the idea of the organization creativity comes from the internal as well as external sources.
I also observed that these factors could support to obtain higher competitive benefit by
making the sustainability of the firm in the marketplace (Moeran, 2016). I understood that
there are many characteristics that are considered in the good business idea like desirable,
viable, and feasible. In addition to this, I enhanced my understanding about many techniques
that are essential for generating innovative business model ideas like understand the customer
insights, ideation, visual thinking, prototyping, and storytelling (Valkokari, 2015). I suffered
from many issues at the time of section but I solved my all issues related to the business
creativity. It will assist me to obtain higher competitive benefits. Before this section, I was
unable to understand the application of creativity in the business and get positive responses.
But, after the section, I was able to understood business creativity significance and use of
creativity in the business.
