INTRODUCTIONIn order to make improvement of business performance there is need to make theadequate analysis over the financial outcomes and present the fruitful decision in this context.The present report deals with Ann's college which is facing problems regarding low revenue andreduced enrolment of students in it (Babajana and Phillips, 2016). It is important that it shouldtake effective business decisions so that issues may be resolved by it in the most proficient way.The data may be gathered in effective way and as such, decisions may be taken so that profits aremaximised and issues may also be removed up to higher extent. TASK 11.1 Describing the business and the problems faced by themThe problems faced by Ann's college is that it is unable to make revenue as students aredecreasing. The college is facing serious problem as its performance is going down which is nota good sign. As such, college needs to collect data and then analyse the same and then draw validconclusions. It should be able to identify the root cause behind such decline in performance andas such, measures be taken by it so that performance may be increased too much extent. This willautomatically help college to achieve its objectives and performance may be increased whichwill eventually provide better revenue in the most proficient way (Gong, Koh and Tan, 2016).The business of college may be channelised in the most proficient way by collecting the primaryand secondary data. This data will provide clarity to Ann's college and in accordance with this, itmay formulate decision-making for the betterment of it and then performance may be improvedin the best possible way by gaining more profits.
