This paper investigates and analyzes the current context of the Seven Seeds—a coffee-shop enterprise situated in Australia, and is essentially looking for business cost containment due to its recent loss of profitability due to changing market conditions. The paper provides a situational analysis using PESTEL and SWOT analyses, and identifies biased and unethical practices in the list of employees provided by the management. The paper recommends a long-term strategy for structural change in business practices rather than sacking employees.
