Analysis of UKCBC College: Students' Demographics and Feedback

This presentation analyzes the demographics of students at UKCBC College, including age groups, campuses, and courses. It also includes feedback on the overall quality of the courses and recommendations for improvement.

Theme 1: Majority of the students in both the
campuses of UKCBC college are of the 25 to 34 years.

Findings and Analysis
 According to the survey, there were total 60 respondents, in which
scholars have analysed that there are maximum number of students
which were 28 was of age group 25 to 34 years who are studying in
UKCBC university.
 Further, there are 16 respondents who are of age group 35 to 44
years, only 10 were of age group 18 to 24 and minimum were of 45
to 54 years that is 6. Besides, it may be possible that university can
have increase the age group of 35 to 44 and 25 to 34.
 According to scholars, university should offer the courses which
attracts the generation of 25 to 34 and 35 to 44 years as all others
seems least interested.

Theme 2: Students study in the Lords House campus
of UKCBC college.

 According to the collected data of different branches of
University, there were total 60 respondents from which maximum
number of students were from Lord house branch that is 35 and
minimum were from Wentworth house which were 25.
 Hence, according to research it can be said that University may
face increase in candidates of lord house branch of UKCBC
college.

management course.

 The university is offering four courses to its students which are
business management, information technology, travel and tourism,
and health and social care.
 In contrast, from the survey analyst have collected data from 60
respondents. Further, from which maximum number of students are
studying business management which were 30 and minimum number
of students are studying health and social care which were only 7 and
other 18 are studying information technology and travel tourism.
 Hence, there are chances of increase in students of business
management. According to the data it can be said that the university
should offer courses related to business which will attract more and
more students.

Theme 4: Students are slightly satisfied with the
overall quality of UKCBC's course.

 Researchers even asked the students how much they are satisfied with the
courses of university. In this satisfaction classification of students was done
into five parts which were extremely, not at all, moderately, slightly, and
very.
 Hence, after the evaluation scholars analysed that there were only 5
students who were extremely satisfied with the courses offered by the
university.
 There were 28 respondents who were slightly satisfied, 13 were on neutral
graph, 7 were not at all satisfied with the courses and other 7 were very
satisfied.
 Research states that, if the campus will offer excellent facilities for
studying than the university can increase the number of students studying.

 It can be pertained from the present study and analysis that,
major number of students like 53 prefer to attend class or
lectures in the day shift.
 Further, only 7 pupils between total 60 like to attend lectures
in the evening time.

 From the present graph it can be said that, real quality as
well as the level of expectations of the UKCBC college
matches with the students up to better level as per the 20
students.
 Moreover, only 20 pupils say that up to their expected level
the college providing services and education to them.
 According to the 15 students, reality of the college matches
with their expectations up to the better extent.

Theme 7: Students recommend UKCBC to a friend.

 Major number of the pupils like 32 between total 60 want to
recommend the two campuses of the college that it should
make improvement in the existing process.
 Apart from this, according to 28 students, there is not any
requirement to improve and make changes in the current
scenario as well as facilities.

Findings and Analysis
 As per the 12 students of Lords House and Wentworth
House, major strength of the UKCBC is that, it provides
good lectures and educations.
 Along with this, some expectations of them are also fulfilled
by the college.
 Further, as per the 7 pupils, accessibility and tutors or
lectures of the college are educated.

 Majority of the students like 19 among total 60 said that,
UKCBC not gives and provides adequate information which
required for them.
 It leads to reduce their satisfaction level up to the larger
extent and decline performance as well.
 In addition to this, it is not an organisation as per the total 8
respondents.

 As per the views of total 19 students, the management of
UKCBC needs to make changes in the time of providing
adequate information for them.
 Moreover, 13 pupils suggest to the college that, it needs to
take care and improve existing facilities which are related to
the cleanliness.

 According to line chart of travel and tourism and business
management course of university, researchers have found that there
was continuous fluctuation in the growth of students till 2015.
 Further, there was a decrease in the students of travel and tourism
course of university while analyst evaluated that there is slow and
gradual increase in the students of business management.
 So, it can be said that there are chances of increase in number of
students in business management so the university should emphasis
in improving the quality of facilities and availability of seats.

 According to the trend line analysis, scholars forecast the future
demand. Further, in this survey researchers have evaluated that
Business management course has rapid growth of students in the
university.
 While the students in travel and tourism course are also increasing
but slowly and gradually.
 Hence, the growth of students in both courses offered by
university is increasing so the college must focus on providing the
best faculties to students in order to maintain the increasing graph
of students.
