identified that 28% customers agreed and 40% strongly
agreed with the fact that F&F offers fast food services at
highly cost effective prices.
Hence, it shows that large number of customers is highly
satisfied with the pricing policy of F&F. Customers are
highly price conscious in nature and prefer to dine with
the restaurant which give high value of money.
Further, 20% respondents neutrally agreed with the
statement mentioned above. However, 8% disagreed and
4% strongly disagreed that restaurant offers services at
highly competitive services.
