Introduction
In business for the achievement of growth there are many
aspects to be followed and one of them is business decision
making which will have to be followed by Balti palace.

Objective
The main objective of this project is know whether the
customers of Balti palace are satisfied with the services
provided by it or not.

Research methodologies
• Research has been conducted so that views of various
customers can be determined.
• By the help of this literature gap will be eliminated.
• A group is selected as sample on which research is made.
• For this purpose a plan has been formulated so that
survey can be performed in best manner.

Findings
• The services and food which is provided by Balti palace
is proved to be satisfactory for most of customers.
• It has been identified that sales of business is increasing at
continuous rate.
• The research is carried out in appropriate manner and has
provided positive results.

Suggestion
• The home delivery facility shall also be started by the
restaurant
• Staff shall be provided with more training so that they
will be able to provide better services to customers.

Conclusion
From this it can be concluded that in order to make best
decisions research will have to be conducted. All the results
have been presented in better manner with the help of
various graphs and charts.
