INTRODUCTION
Decision making is a necessary and internal part of a modern
management. It is an important part which is necessary
after having the proper research as well as applying
capabilities through talented or expert staff in a business
firm.

OBJECTIVES
The main objective of this research report is to know
regarding the consumer experience as well as their
reviews regarding the services and products of Balti
Palace.

FINDINGS
 In sale, there is a fluctuation.
 The profit rate in 2018 is maximum because of the
increased sales.
 The consumers are fully satisfied from the services and
products which are provided through Balti Palace.

SUGGESTIONS
 Make some better improvement in the facilities as well
as services of Balti palace.
 Balti should conduct some attractive promotions.
 More variety of foods and cuisines should be available
to the outside consumers.
