Business decision-making is the process which is considered to be the step by step
procedure of allowing the professionals to solve the issues through weighting the evidence and
examination of the different alternatives. It is also helpful for the choosing the path from there.
The defined process of this business decision-making is considered to be an opportunity for the
business for the end. For this project the selected company is Toucan Telemarketing Ltd which is
outbound telemarketing company based in the Cheshire near Manchester. It is also considered to
be very immensely proud of the telemarketing services and operates on a non- contract basis of
the teams. The main aim of this project is going to be the evaluation of the primary and
secondary data through the process focusing on their performance and also objectives for the
analysation of the data. This research is going to be paying strong attention of the survey
methodology and also the sampling frame. Different statistical tools which along with the
techniques are to be evaluated for the gathering of information. Attention will be paid towards
the presentation of the data through the forms of the having depth understanding.
