INTRODUCTION
In this report it studies about the business decision-making which company implement to
perform the activities into the organization or helps in choosing the appropriate option into the
organization because without any decision company didn't perform the task with full efficiency
and chance to create disruption in performance without an appropriate decision- making. So,
basically it clearly describes that how business decision-making is very important for every firm
because without a relevant strategic decision organization can't achieve its objective with full
productivity. In this report it discusses about the decision-making for ‘posturparcel’ delivery
company basically company plan to operate its business in UK market so, on that basis company

Fix the limit of parcel size and weight limitation.
Provide the tracking number of parcel to their customer.
To starting up any business it is difficult to develop the strategies for the business by creating the
problem or barriers free decision making while in this process of forecasting the manager faced
lot of difficulties to emphasise the framework of business decision making that why the company
usually prepare the plan using appropriate model for the company. But there is some chance to
arise new difficulties for starting up a new company because the forecasting plan of the company
is all based on other competitors’ company past drawbacks and key points (Al Balushi, Locke

key problem that are arises in day to day works are as follows
It is difficult for the company to handle multiple customers through online platform. The
courier company work with multiple e-commerce business, it is difficult to the
management system to manage all the orders and also the customer payment mode.
Sometime the delivery takes more time, it decreases the customer faith in the company
and also increase the chance of losing the customer.
At the time of delivery, it is the biggest challenge to deliver the goods safely without any
damage if any damage take place the image of the company effected also effect the
amount of payment.
It is also a responsibility of the service provider to update the delivery status timely. It
increases the transparency with the customer.
The company face difficulties to control the cost and operations, like distributing,
selecting the vehicle, planning delivery routes and more manually might require a large
team of specialist.
To overcome from this challenges, the company have to focus on adopting new ideas and
technology by creating a special software which record all the parcel details, payment details and
update tracking automatically. It also helpful in sorting the parcel according to their features,
areas, size and weight (Derbel and Boujelbene., 2018).
