INTRODUCTION
Business is the collection of activities which are planned and conducted for considering
activities in better and effective manner. There is change in activities as well, but operations gets
because of change in external market (McKeever, 2016). There are many changes which are
taking place in external market such as change in political policies, legal laws and regulations,
etc. hence it is important and specific for people to consider and deliver changes properly . When
individual wants to operate in industry by opening new organisation and performing activities for
achieving activities properly, then it is important that managers have to determine strategies with
which they can operate properly. In this report, there is discussion about “Calm and Relief” hotel
in Sliema, Malta.
Rational of business
This study is conducted in order to collect and make clear to operate as new organisation.
There are many issues which arise while working in the association, so it is important and
relevant for people to understand and evaluate changes properly (Muzellec, Ronteau and

completion of information about new hotel “Calm and Relief” (Kusumaningrum and Hidayat,
2016). This section is important because this provides complete information about new business
