Introduction
Designing procedures, policies and standards is a process that an organization has undertaken for
many parts of the business. The goal of an organization is to implement the infrastructure of an
organization that allows the management to manage the risk appropriately to meet the needs of
the business. Standards and policies are important for the actions of the organization that sets the
general direction for defining the specific standards of responsibilities and actions. Requirements
of business, compliance at an external level, compliance of industry, requirements of third party
and service level agreements are common drivers for implementation of the policy. Standards
and policy of the organization must be actionable. The policy of the organization sets the general
direction, standards, policies, and procedures to specify a certain audience for communication at
a clear level. Documents of the organization applied in multiple areas of business. Certain areas
applied insignificant areas to manage the effective cost and manage the business impact
approach. Standards of the organization are applied in relevant to the executors with the
procedures to control, build, and develop across the enterprise. Documents of the organization
have the design to complete the requirements of the organization. Requirements of the
organization maintain quality standards to maintain team and members to manage the design
layout and requirements. The document of the organization consists of the location and size of
the organization with a logo; for example, at the right of the document and 3x2 centimeters, a
line of subject, the type and size of font, justified text or not, size of subheadings and headings,
use of white space, content in headers and footers; for example, a network pathway in the footer
like <F:/Docs/Letters/Out/2015/Any_Name.doc>, specified inclusions; for example, ownership
or disclaimer warnings in specific types of documents. Document design and development
