Introduction
The primary purpose of the paper is to provide a professional development plan for analyzing the
weaknesses that need to be improved to become a successful entrepreneur. It will prepare the
plan by providing several methods for achieving the goals. The professional development plan
will include five steps, and KPI will be provided for each goal. Two professional mentors will be
identified for reviewing the plan as well as providing feedback. The plan would help in
improving my entrepreneurship skills.
Professional development plan to become a successful entrepreneur
Professional Development Plan refers to a strategic plan used to motivate for getting success by
achieving goals (Duening, 2017). The main purpose of this plan is to develop my SMART goals,
methods as well as Key Performance Indicators for my development as an entrepreneur
(Mazzotti, Rowe, Simonsen, Boaz & VanAvery, 2018). The plan mainly focuses on achieving
the goals that are useful for my development in my profession (Landers, Bauer & Callan, 2017).
It focuses on learning and development.

Reviewers
Here are a few professional mentors or networks who could review my plan and gives feedback:

Five questions for the reviewers
1. Are my goals suitable to improve myself in the context of business or entrepreneurship?
2. Are the methods appropriate in achieving the desired goals?
3. Are the timelines adequate for completing the goals or is there the requirement of more
time?
4. Is it useful to adopt SMART goals for enhancing myself in the entrepreneurial context?
5. Are the Key Performance Indicators for each goal fit for improving myself in the
profession of an entrepreneur?
Feedback from the reviewers
The teacher has reviewed the plan and suggests that the goals are appropriate for improving in
the context of entrepreneurship. But the methods could be more effective and equivalent for
achieving the desired goals. The teacher also told that the using of SMART goals is quite good
for achieving the goals. On the other hand, I am required to propose appropriate Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) for evaluating my progress on each accomplished goals.
Moreover, the timeline needs to be expanded for better accomplishment of the goals as well as
learning and development of the skills (Patton, Parker & Tannehill, 2015). An advisor advised
me to improve the methods as well as the timeline and set suitable methods for achieving the
goals. He also advised learning more and more skills to become a successful entrepreneur in the
future.
