INTRODUCTION
Business environment deals
with various internal and
external factors, they have
ability to change the long
term plans made by an
organisation

TYPES OF ORGANIZATION
Private, Public and Voluntary are three types of
organisation. Some concentrate on earning more revenue
and expanding their area of operations while others
focuses on particular aim like finding cure of cancer.
Their existence is either directly or indirectly connected
to their mission and vision.

Purpose
Private sector – Earn more and more profit.
Public sector – Providing goods and services at an
affordable price.
Voluntary sector – Work on social issues and solve varioous
problem of the public.

Organisational goals are
directly related to size of
a company. An
enterprise may operate in
many countries and earn
huge amount of profit
but this also means that
will face issues relating
to complex
organisational structure.

SIZE AND SCOPE OF ORGANISATION
• Public – They operates at large level and their main
source of funding is government.
• Private – Their area of operation is high and they source
of finance is retain earning or capital of owners. They
also take loan form banks.
• Voluntary – Their size is depended on the Gifts and
charity from volunteers. Some people also use their own
savings in voluntary organsations.

Conclusion
From the above presentation it can be concluded that size
and structure of an organisation made significant impact
on the performance of a corporation. Their reason of
existence is connected to organisational aim like earning
more revenue or providing goods at less price.
