Introduction
Environments have a major impact on entire corporate world because policies and
norms of an enterprise are based on micro and macro elements. However, it is
essential to study the various components in order to attain organizational goals or
objectives in a defined time frame. Beside this, number of things get changed such as;
choice or preferences of society, rules and regulations of advisory bodies hence forth.

Legal structure of business
Corporate world is expanding across the
worldwide which resulted in development
of entire globe due to the maximization in
employment opportunities. In fact, most
of the companies are emerging at
marketplace but distinguish in several
terms such as: purposes, size, objectives
henceforth.

Public company
This is also known as non-profitable organization because their motive is to facilitate
society with advanced facilities. Their main objective is to develop the society by
conducting several programmes such as; road construction, infrastructure development.
For example- Royal Dutch Shell is a oil and gas organization which was founded in
year ago and completed their almost 111 years.

Private sector
These organizations are established for attaining maximum profits by satisfying
the need of distinct clients in order to continue their business for long term.
Private sector are classified into Sole trader, Partnership and Limited company.
 They need to register the company as per companies act or corporation act 2001.
 Required to hire agents for understanding legal terms and conditions.
 Fulfills all the legal formalities.

Voluntary organization
These organizations are involved in charitable activities as they are engaged in
offering free services to entire society.
For example- Woodland Trust is social institutions which is engaged in number of
campaigns and program for developing the nation by providing best services to them.
However, they are not following any legal structure because these companies are raising
their funds from charity and donations.

Size and Structure of an Organization
Corporate companies are expanding their business across international boundaries
for attaining their initial targets in a defined time frame. In fact, all the three sectors are
distinctive from each other in various terms such as; size, scope and purposes. After
identifying several types of organization its time to learn more about them so that their
actual status and position is estimated. Thus, scope or size of enterprises are further
discussed.

Public sector
Public ownership as their main motive is to enhance the society by facilitating
them with advanced facilities. Like: Royal Dutch Shell is multinational
organization whose purpose is to develop the nation by coming with creative ideas.
 Employees :- Around 92000 employees are connected with this organization in
2017.
 Net income: - Almost acquired 12.97 million revenue is generate by enterprise.

Private sector
Private ownership are engaging in introducing creative items for gaining maximum
benefits by satisfying customers needs. Like, Google company is multinational
organization which is expertise in internet services as their main motive is to offer
best services to needy people in order to gain more or more revenue.
 Products :- relevant information required by consumers.
 Employees:- More than 85,050.
 Founders :- Larry Page, Sergey Brin.

Voluntary organization
Voluntary organization exist with the motive to address the certain problem pertain in
an economy and take action with the motive to enhance condition successfully. For
example: Woodland trust is a most famous charitable organization which is concerned
with prevention of entire society by conducting various useful programs or sessions.
Their foremost aim is: (I) to prevent wildlife from exploitative activities and so on.
 Ownership:- owner of around 1000 sites by covering around 22500 hectares.
 Motive:- Make sure that public can access the woods.

CONCLUSION
From the presentation it can be concluded that business environment is
indispensable for company development as well as aids in generating
maximum return on their investment. In fact, almost entire corporate world is
getting affected by changes in micro and macro environment because policies
of business entity are based on several components only.
