INTRODUCTIONIn order to find success in the business world its necessary of organisation to havebetter understanding of its business environment. Business environment in simple terms can bedescribed as all those factor that have its impact on the working of the firm. It includes bothinternal factors such as employees, shareholders, suppliers etc., or external factors such asgovernment and business regulation. Its necessary of the firm to pay attention to this factor as ithave major impact on the performance of the firm. Operation management is the one who isresponsible for the quality of product (Drucker, 2017). It plays major role in increasingthe productivity of the firm by reducing the wastage at the time of production. It alsohelps firm in gaining the customer satisfaction by providing them with quality services.This department work closely with marketing department. Research and devlopmentdepartment provide their valuable comments that help operational department inincreasing the quality of product. This help them in achieving the organisationalobjective of customer satisfaction and quality product.Marketing: It's an important function of the firm. Marketing help firm in attracting theattention of the customer so that it can achieve it goals and objectives. Marketingdepartment of the firm is responsible for many things such as advertisement, promotionetc. Which help in increasing the sales of the firm. It also works closely with researchand sales department and provide them with its valuable input so that improvement canbe bought in the firm.
