INTRODUCTION
Business environment is referred as the collection of various internal as well external
factors that includes employees, supply and demand, government, customers needs and demands,
innovation and technologies and various social and economic trends. All these factors affect the
functioning of organisation in direct and indirect manner. Business environment facilitates
organisation to identify market opportunities, use resources effectively and improve
organisational performance in order to achieve goals and objectives in efficient manner.
Leadership is the process of motivate and guide employees to achieve common goals and
objectives. Leadership inspire employees to perform specific task in defined manner. In this
report chosen organisation is Rose and Crown Hotel which is situated in Wimbledon, London.
Headquarter is situated in the London and the hotel provides the various facilities to its
customers such as outdoor services, food and drink, reception facilities as well as safety and
security services to its guests. It is an heritage hotel that provide the free wi-fi, spa and bar
services to its respective guests. It has friendly staff members as well as good quality room

SWOT analysis:
Strengths: Strengths are the internal sufficiency of an organisation that facilitates it to
attain defined goals in appropriate manner. There are various factors that strengthen the Rose
and Crown Hotel such as hotel provides high quality services and better experience to its
customers. It provides innovative and latest services and it have number of hotels in the major
cities that enhance the brand value of organisation.
Weakness: There are some weaknesses that limits the Rose and Crown Hotel to gain
effective performance goal (Bufalino, 2021). Respective hotel have limited brand recalls and it
has limited global reach that affect the functioning of organisation.
Opportunities: Opportunities are the external factors that facilitates Rose and Crown
Hotel to attainment defined goals and objectives and help it to take various competitive

advantages. To the organisation current market lead it to grow in the market segment. BRICS
agreement provide market opportunities to the respective organisation.
Threats: Various external actors that have negative impact on the performance and

market and increase competition level, various political factors also create threats to the
