company can easily analysis the macro and micro factor which impact the business activities.
The present report is based on two different retail company Sainsburys and Iceland Supermarket.
Sainsbury is public retail company and Iceland supermarket its private limited company. In this
report discussion is done on different organizational function and its structure. Along with this
the positive and negative impact of macro environment on business operation is identified. Apart
from this, the strength and weakness of business is interrelated with external macro factor is
explained.
