Business environment is the individuals, institution and all other factors that will help in
controlling the business enterprise, which helps in increasing the business profitability are the
business environment. There are lot of factors which helps in constituting the business
environment. Such as its suppliers, customers, distributors, employees , marker condition etc. the
present report will help in understanding the business environment that will affect the
performance as well as the profitability of the company. The present report will discuss about
Morrison plc which food retailer organisation operating in UK. The report will give an overview
of different type of organisation with its growth in global platform. Further, the report will
discuss the explanation of Morrison plc organisational structure with its regulatory framework.

The four types of business organisation, they are: Private organisation: it is privately held company which are owned by non-
governmental organisation or by small group of owners. The main purpose of the private
organisation is the growth of business by maximising its profit. Business in the private
company includes selling of goods and services to customer (Saviotti and Metcalfe,
2018). The private sector funds their capital by raising shares and debentures to the
shareholders or investors. The example of private sector organisation is Morrison Plc
supermarket,
product and services- It is a retail supermarket organisation which are indulge in selling and
providing food products in their stores.
Mission and vision- To increase the customer satisfaction by supplying best quality food
products. To achieve the growth by adapting new technology in operations.
