INTRODUCTION
Business environment refers to the combination of all internal and external factors

(McDonald's), public (Crown Prosecution) and volunteer organisation (Oxfam) with main
motive is to provide better services to customers with full of satisfaction globally. Along with it
will get covered different types, size and scope of organisations. After this interrelations of
several functions within the organisation (Bah and Fang, 2015). At last, positive and negative
impact the macro environment has on business operations and strength or weakness of particular
business to understand external macro factors as well as business purpose of business
organisation will get covered.

Therefore the overall use of PESTLE analysis as well as SWOT analysis is necessary for an
organisation with the interrelation of strength and weakness with macro environmental factors.
On the other side it can also use by TOWS matrix which is generally used to describe overall
internal strength and weakness of an organisation along with knowing threats and external
opportunities at marketplace. This is a variant of SWOT analysis that has aim to develop
strategical options from all over the internal and external analysis in order to evaluate marketing
and business concept at marketplace, which is mentioned below:
Political Factors: It always shows the overall political stability of U.S and prove that
strength of this particular organisation helps businesses to formulate son new techniques and
strategies. Therefore, it is also related with organisation's strength by which respective firm can
provide large number of goods and services to customers at average price and build strong
relationship with them.
Economical Factors: According to the currency and taxation rates market is down so
herein, McDonald's has opportunities to research about new market and able to make huge
strategies to gain better image within the another place globally. Due to the low rates their goods
and services can be sold more and make them attractive (Hillary, 2017).
Social Factors: Within the current scenario, trend has changes every day so that it also
increase and decrease overall demand of people. On the basis of this respective firm is able to
gain lots of opportunities at marketplace by giving online facilities to people. This strength of
company will attract large number of buyers and increase overall market share and income in a
perfect way. Along with this, it will give more satisfaction to people and fulfil their overall
requirements properly.
Technological Factors: It is very important factor which is always considered by the
business firm. With the help of this, firms can explore new market and evaluates their needs to
make customer happy. With the help of strength of this factor firms can apply new techniques on
their appropriate working structure and make customers satisfied. So that it will be beneficial for
McDonald's to have unique tools and strategies in order to beat competitors. If firm will not
follow new techniques so that can be the reason for weakness and reduce brand productivity.
With the help of above matrix it can be said that the interrelation of strength and
weakness with different departmental units in firm makes better decisions to run business in a

overall decision making process of business positively. By having positive influence from those
types of matrix firm can meet its business needs at marketplace and able to achieve

According to the above specified SWOT and macro environment factors, it has been

always works together for managing overall sales and revenue of firm. In context with
