because it help them to understand internal or external environment, economic system and
policy, market condition and many more in order to gain competitive advantage in an innovative
manner. For this report, John Lewis is considered, which is one of the reputed and high end
departmental stores in UK and it is commenced in the year of 1864. In this study, it includes
