From above analysis and discussion it can be concluded that strong system, procedure,
organisational structure and effective governances have contributed in achievement of Hilton
Food Group PLC goals. Company is able to perform several task and activities in best manner
thus deliver services as per customer’s expectancy. It is also learnt from above analysis that
Pestle analysis is important as it helps manager to identify external factors and their impact on
firm strategy. At last it can be concluded that company by emphasis more on customers’ needs is
able to enjoy higher profit margin and market share in food industry.
