market. The effective business environment helps the company to perform its business
operations in very significant an effective manner (Armstrong and et.al., 2015). For this report,
in the first task the auto mobile industry is been taken with cars as the sub sector. For the second
task, Toyota is been taken as organisation of context, in the report. In this report, we will conduct
a PESTLE and Porter 5 force model to identify the influence of the macro and micro
environmental impact on the auto mobile sub sector of the economy of the nation. Besides this,
the internal business environment of the cited firm is been taken into consideration using the
value chain model. Other than this, the usefulness of the 5 force model is been reflected in the
report (Botha, Kourie and Snyman, 2014).

sector can be identified by the PESTLE model whereas the micro environment can be assessed
using the Porter's Five force model. The assessment of these factors will help the company to
make the suitable changes in the various operations of the company in order to sustain the

requirements of the company and the customers in a very significant manner. This helps the
company to improve their operations and the product and service quality, in order to fulfil the
requirements of the customers. Other than this, the effective threat of the substitution and new
market entrants is also required to be taken into the consideration by the auto mobile firm. This
assessment will help the company to adopt the sustainable measures that will lead to the
maintaining of the better and strong market position of the company (Belás and et.al., 2014). The
threat of getting substituted will lead the company to inculcate the approaches of incorporating
the innovation in the product or the services provided by the company. This will help the
company in getting better customer satisfaction level, leading to their retention. On the other
hand, the threat of the new market entrants will make the company to adopt various strategies
that will help the company to cope up with the rise in the competition and maintain the effective
market position.

the auto mobile industry. Besides this, the reflection on the adoption of the Porter's 5 force model
is been discussed.
