INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment is a combination of the internal and external elements thatinfluence the operating situation of the organisation such as employees, customers expectations,demand and supply, clients, management, owners and suppliers also the factors that affect thefunctions and operations of the the business (Doyle, McEachern and MacGregor, 2015). It helpsto identifying the opportunities, useful resources, and improve the performance, growth andprofitability of the organisation so it is the most important function of the business. This report isbased on the National Health Service organisation which is established in the UK in 1948 duringthe second world war. It is organisation which provide the health services in the UK and otherstates. The proposal of the NHS was given by the Dr. Somerville Hastings who was the presidentof the Social Medical association and the founder of the NHS was Aneurin Bevan. This reportwill includes the study of Various types businesses and their purpose and Stakeholders of the anorganisation and how to meet the expectations of the stakeholders. Further this report willincludes the tools of the audit of strategies and business environment.Task 1Various types businesses and their purposeSole proprietor:- Sole trader is a person who is exclusive owner of the firm, entitled to take allthe profits and bear all the losses of the business. Sole trader is a registered with the law andworks the single owner businessman in the market and liable to pay income tax and nationalinsurance as a sole proprietor (Doyle, McEachern and MacGregor, 2015). It is also known as theindividual proprietor. According the low of the to the low of UK it is a simplest type of thebusiness. For the starting a this type of business traders must have to registered themselves withthe HM Revenue and Customs as a self employed in which trader is responsible to maintain therecords and the submit and annual report to the government.Sole proprietor is a simplest for which have the main purpose of the getting the profitsrapidly and with a less amount of the investment.
