INTRODUCTION
The term business is basically a process in which sale and purchase of different types of goods and services has been done with
a objective to earn more profit while maintaining the corporate social responsibility. It is very important for the management of the
company to make a healthy working environment within the workplace. Due to this the productivity of the company as well as the
employee's has been enhanced. The following report is going to give information about the different types of organisation and their
legal structure with their nature, size , scope , mission and many more. The following report is based on Admiral Sports Wear which
was founded in 1914. This report also cover the relationship between the different types of business functions and how they link to
the organisational structure.

Local government:- the municipal authorities of the state control these firm and
revenue has been generate for local community. For example Corporation for
public forecasting.
Organization in private sector:-
For the development of the economy of a country these private sector
organisation plays a very important role. These organisation are usually
controlled and managed by an individual or group of people. These types of firms
operate their business to earn more and more profit which improves their
sustainability in the market. No interference of government has been seen in the
functions of the business. Some of the example who came under this category are
Admiral sportswear, Mitre sports international Ltd ,Umbro etc.
Purpose:- the firms who fall under the private sector work with a motive to earn
maximum profit and become leader in their field.
Legal structure
Sole proprietorship:- these types firms are generally owned and managed by the
an individual. They are responsible for all the activities within the business. For
example like, IKEA.
Partnership firms:- these types of firms are generally owned and managed by
the more then two people who mutually decided to share the profit either in
deciding or equal ratio. For example like Go pro and Red Bull.
Voluntary Organisation:-
These types of organisation are form to solve the problems of the society
members or to achieve a common purpose. In these association different group of
people enter into an agreement actively and voluntary. Some of the voluntary
organisation in UK are Stock City FC, Sobell Leisure centre etc.

An organisation is basically the a group of people who identify
the goals and objectives of the company and in order to achieve these
objective they performed together with utmost responsibility and
authority. The main motive of the organisation behind running their
business is to generate more profit and provide the employment
opportunities with in the economy. Organisation can grow their
business in different sector. Following are the different sector with their
legal structure has been discussed below :-
Organization in public sector:-
Organisation which operate their business for non profit
generation came under the public sector. These organisation is basically
controlled and undertake by the state government or by central
government. The main motive of these organisation is to provide
services to the people of the nation without having a motive of
generating profit. For example like England and Wales Cricket Board
and UK sports etc. are some of the sports association of UK which came
under the public sector.
Purpose:- the organisations who came under the public sector run their
business with a motive to serve the goods and services to the people of
the society in order to improve their standard of living.
State government:- the specific department of the government control
theses organisation who came under these category. A limited level of
involvement has been seen of central government.
