INTRODUCTION
• Business environment is defined as all the
external and internal factors that has ability to
influence decisions taken by an organization. It
has two main parts, Micro and macro
environment.

TYPES OF ORGANISATION
There are mainly three types of organization
public, private and voluntary. They have
different purpose and objectives which depend
on the resources available to them.

• Voluntary Organization

• Public Sector – Their main purpose is to fulfill need
of society, they follow all the rules and regulations
made by government.
• Private Sector – Their main aim is to earn profit by
selling goods and service which generate high
revenue.
PURPOSE

• Voluntary organization – Their main purpose is
to solve various problems that exist in this
society. Their focus on social wealth instead of
material wealth.

Size and Scope of Organization
• Public Sector Organization may have
involvement from state or national government.
Majority of the share are own by government
which is the main reason that they have to follow
all the rules and regulations.

CONTINUE
• Types of organization exist in private sector are
partnership, sole proprietorship and company etc.
• In sole proprietorship, one person is responsible for
taking all the decision. They operate at a very small
level. Example are electrician, plumber etc.

CONTINUE
• In Partnership, 2-20 people work together. They have limited area
of operation and they work according to their partnership deed.
• Company has complicated structure, their area of operation is
more compared to others which is the main reason that they
addition trouble in business.

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that in business environment, there
are various types of organizations like private, public,
voluntary etc. Some of them target profit while other
focus on fulfilling the needs of society.
