Business environment simply refers to a surrounding wherein all kinds
of organisations are running their commercial activities. It
comprises of two main types of factors named as macro and micro
which give impact on every activity of enterprise.

Public sector:- These kind of organisations are established by
government bodies with some specific reasons and objectives.

provide welfare services to needy people.
Legal structure – Public sector organisations are basically established
under government bodies and they working under state and local
authority of a country.

individual, partners and group of people who wants to make money

economy because their main objective is to provide effective and
quality services to each and every individual.

Conclusion
Environmental factors play a most important role in a a business
approach. These are consider in two different factors as internal and
external environmental factors . For this firm require to analyse each
and every factors to reduce its negative impact easily.
