Apart from this annual evaluation is also done to checkeffectiveness of committees formed in company and also of different type of directors ofcompany. Executive directors of thiscompany manage day to day business(Sodeyfi, 2016). Non executive directors help company inensuring scrutiny, dealing with challenges and providing of support to various proposals whichare related to performance, accountability, strategy, performance and sustainability.
