INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment is considered as the sum total of internal and external factors thathas the impact on the working of organization and revenue generation. It includes externalfactors which are generally beyond the control of the business ventures and certainly affects thecorporate performance. Internal factors are those which has the direct impact on the functioningand decisions taken by the board and management. These factor are customers, employees,government organizations, creditors and their suppliers(Swanson, 2004). In this context, thispresent report has been prepared in order to understand the different types of organization andalso the responsibilities of government to meet the objectives of potential stakeholders.One ofleading airline in UK, British Airways is taken into account. In order to increase their sale andproductivity, organization is adding new feature to its cargo services to accrue lucrative benefitsin the form of increase in customer base and revenue generation.This report will also show theimpact of different fiscal and monetary policy as it can affect the operational activities of citedorganization. TASK 11.1On the basis of policies, and regulations there are different types of business organizationthat are used by them in achieving their goals and objectives. There are various types oforganizations and some of them have been explained below:Franchisee- This is a type of organization where franchisee owners give permission tobusiness organization to sell their products and services under their brand name. Peoplewho take the franchisee get lot of advantages and benefits as they will be working undera well renounced corporate brand (Kalotay, 2006). In this context, it has been alsoevaluated that more than half of the retail corporate in UK are functioning theiroperational activities with the help of franchisee system only. Sole proprietorship- Sole proprietor is the single owner of any company who it entitledto have all the profits and experience unlimited number of liabilities (Marković, 2008).It experiences minimum costing at the time of establishments along with less number ofother expenses. The purpose of these organizations is profit maximization and generaterevenues.Further, individuals who owns such business keeps all the profits and regulatethe business activities of their own.Private limited company- This is the form of organization in which two or more partnersratify an agreement with aim to earn profits. Under that agreements laws terms andconditions related to share of profits and liabilities are mentioned that is signed with themutual consent of all the parties (Trkman, 2010). Purpose of these organizations is toexpand their ventures by providing products and services at competitive prices.Public Limited Company- There are certain organization which are formed by the act ofparliament undergoing the legal procedures of legislation.
