Introduction
Business environment is refers to the combination of both
internal and external factors that directly affect the
organisational functional activities in positive and negative
way. Astra Plc, is a small size company that specialising in
offering vitamin and mineral based food supplements. It is
also looking for diversity their portfolio by launching a new
health and fitness app in upcoming three months with the aim
of attracting large number of customers towards its services.
